The Internet Services Providers’ Association (ISPA UK) is the UK’s Trade Association for providers of Internet services, and operates a code of practice to ensure its members are operating by best business practice.
The Business Internet Service Provider award went to Hyperoptic, for its “good reliability, excellent customer service and affordability whilst scaling up in size”. Hyperoptic, which was founded in 2011, offers a range of broadband & phone, broadband only and fixed line packages to help future-proof business needs.
Storm Internet won Best Hosting, after a commendation last year. Storm’s identification of potential risks for customers and targeting investment to solve customer challenges made it stand out to the judges. Storm offers cloud, hosting and emails services and comes with three guarantees to its business customers: to keep their data secure, keep them online and to keep their data backed up.
Voipfone took the VOIP prize for innovation through R&D, and flexible, ‘pick and mix’ contracts. Voipfone is a UK company founded in 2004 to offer VoIP services – Voice over Internet Protocol – such as telephone numbers, broadband, and call forwarding.
